Refunds

If a month is not right.

Updated 1 October 2026. Card payments are not switched on yet, so there is nothing to refund until they are.

When payments start, cancelling stops the next charge. The studio stays open until the month already paid for has ended. A month that has started is not refunded, except where Isle of Man law requires it, or where the studio never opened because of a fault on our side.
