What we keep.

Updated 1 October 2026. AICourseTrain is run by Interactive Enterprises Limited, 137228C, Isle of Man. Write to engagement@int-ent.ltd.

Accounts

• A tutor account stores the name, email, and a hashed password, plus the studio plan and how many films have been made.
• A student account stores the name, email, hashed password, and which tutor added them.
• Courses store the brief, the lesson text, the shot description, and the film file.

Who else sees it

Drafts and films are sent to xAI when you ask for them, so the course can be written and filmed. Students see only published courses they are enrolled on. We do not sell the list.

How long

The studio stays while the account does. Deleting a course removes its lessons and films. Closing a student account removes that login.
